Walter White, a high-school chemistry teacher in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer. With his life expectancy limited, Walt is desperate to secure his family’s financial future — his pregnant wife Skyler, and his teenage son Walter Jr., who has cerebral palsy. He turns to manufacturing and selling methamphetamine (“crystal meth”) with a former student, Jesse Pinkman. As Walt becomes more deeply involved in the criminal world, he faces moral dilemmas, danger from law enforcement (including his brother-in-law Hank Schrader, who works for the DEA), and the consequences of his actions. Over the course of Season 1, Walt’s descent into crime begins, pushing him into increasingly risky and violent situations. Wikipedia+3Breaking Bad Wiki+3Wikipedia+3
