Funérailles (Non ti voglio) (2024) tells the story of Miriam Grieco, a world-renowned pianist who has placed her music above everything — even love. Her partner Andrea, also a pianist but less accomplished, wishes to start a family, but Miriam refuses to have children. Beneath her refusal lies a childhood trauma she has long suppressed. As these memories resurface, her obsession with the piano becomes increasingly disturbing, pulling her into psychological turmoil, guilt, and a downward spiral that threatens her mental balance and relationship.
