NPFL: Mohammed of El-Kanemi Warriors Set for Transfer to Kano Pillars

Mukhtar Mohammed is on the verge of completing a move to Kano Pillars ahead of the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

Reports indicate that the 21-year-old defender has been seen training with the former NPFL champions, with negotiations said to be at an advanced stage.

Mohammed, who was a regular starter for El-Kanemi Warriors during the 2024–25 campaign, is expected to officially join the Sai Masu Gida in the coming days.

His addition is anticipated to bring increased depth and stability to the Kano Pillars’ defensive lineup.
